Troy Hardy - brings 20+ years of “real world” design and development experience to the table utilizing Architectural software from Autodesk.  He has even been seen at job sites swinging a hammer so he really understands the connection between the design and implementation stages.  Troy has been instructing and supporting Autodesk’s Architectural and Structural software solutions with an emphasis on Sustainable design and Energy Modeling using Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES), Ecotect and Green Building Studio. He also registered with the USGBC as a LEED AP.  Troy is also an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional and a valuable resource for you at PacifiCAD.

Tom Tripp - Is a technical application specialist that has been with PacifiCAD for over 12 years. He supports and instructs on Autodesk’s Architectural and MEP software solutions as well as many others. His background is 6+ years in Architectural design and residential construction. He understands the challenges that clients face and helps reduce those issues with implementation, instruction and support

Brent Hassell – A senior Civil and Infrastructure Applications Engineer, Brent draws on over 15 years of land development experience, having working in all phases of project development:  Project feasibility analysis, land surveying, civil design, construction estimating, construction management, and inspection.  This hands-on project management and construction experience allows him to relate to our customers, not only in applying specific technical applications to actual project work, but also the overall project design and management to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Shawn Cox - Shawn has an education in Urban Planning from Western Washington University, graduating with a Bachelors degree.  He worked for 6 years in industry as a land use planner and project manager for a private civil engineering firm.  He came to PacifiCAD to pursue his love for teaching.  He supports The Infrastructure products, Civil 3D and Map 3D, as well as Raster Design, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD LT.  Shawn feels that his particular strong suit is in helping customers transition to civil 3D from other platforms, specializing in civil 3D style development, template creation, and consulting.
Adam Forney
Adam Forney - Adam has an A.A.S degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design and came to us from a Civil Engineering firm in Spokane, 4 Ty Civil and DCI Engineers before that, Adam has designed and developed hundred of plan sets within the previous LDT platform and the latest Civil 3D software. Adam is an Autodesk Certified Professional for AutoCAD 2012 and Inventor 2012. Also, he is a certified Instructor for AutoCAD, Inventor and Plant. He brings over ten years of experience working with CAD.

Wyatt Schurkamp - A Mechanical Engineer and Mathematics extraordinaire, studied at the University of Washington. He brings 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience where his background includes Project Management; CNC, PLC, & VBA Programming; P&ID & Electrical Schematics; Patents, Document Control, & Data Management; and all major CAD software packages. Wyatt is an Autodesk Guru supporting AutoCAD, Electrical, Mechanical, P&ID, Plant3D, Product Design Suite, Factory Design Suite, Vault, & Inventor.  Wyatt is an Autodesk Inventor Certified Professional

Dusty Gallinger – Having 10+ years of experience as a technical support specialist, Dusty is an Autodesk certified instructor in infrastructure solutions, specializing in Map 3D and Geospatial solutions. His Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Washington State University allows Dusty the capability to work in application development for PacifiCAD, allowing us to better support the Autodesk Geospatial products.
Ryan Naccarato
Ryan Naccarato – Two Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Civil Engineering allow Ryan to maintain PacifiCAD’s network, mobile labs, training rooms, and Dell reseller logistics.  In conjunction with standard IT duties Ryan has been trained on the Vault family line of products and will be teaching classes in early 2012 both from an administrator and end user point of view.  Ryan’s computer science background in coding has enabled PacifiCAD to become more self-reliant and efficient in various areas of data management.
