Overview

With your purchase of software from PacifiCAD you will receive one (1) year of free technical support via telephone or e-mail. The support provided is to address issues involving the proper functioning of your CAD software.

PacifiCAD does not provide free “how to” support, free telephone based user training, or free installation services. For issues pertaining to the usage of your CAD software we have many levels of training available. For a list of training options please visit our training page.

PacifiCAD also offers software installation and configuration services. Have us install your stand-alone or network software.
