PacifiCAD provides 4 levels of support plans that cover a wide range of technical support and training needs for businesses of varying sizes.  All support plans are optional, but highly recommended to help you manage and get the most out of your software investment.  Our support plans can be purchased separately or as part of your Autodesk Subscription package. All PacifiCAD customers are automatically enrolled in our basic support plan simply by purchasing software or renewing thru PacifiCAD. As a part of the basic support, one designated contact within your organization will receive email access to technical support with a 2 hour targeted response time.
