“OTW” Guidelines:
Consulting OTW - “Over the web” Training. Intended to be 1 on 1, 2hr or less blocks of technical support / consulting used over the phone with remote support software. Purchased OTW does not expire while on subscription. If not on or when falling off of subscription, OTW expires in 1yr. Promotional OTW expires in 6mo.
Webinar OTW is more broadcast than duplex, up to 90 attendees for a virtual training event. PacifiCAD performs discovery & utilizes polls / Q&A to make sure each “Webinar OTW” session is on track with what your organization’s training goals.
Consulting OTW
PacifiCAD offers online consulting/training using remote desktop software to perform “over the shoulder”, dynamic, instruction and demonstration of best practices in the customer's model, on the customer’s screen. Consulting sessions will provide:
- Project Specific Topics
- Autodesk Certified and Approved Instructor
- Live interaction with the instructor and ability to ask questions anytime during the session
- Attendees can be sent training material (at an additional cost when appropriate) to follow along during a session

This service is more broadcast oriented then it is duplex communication, however we do manage Q&A & polls throughout the webinar to make sure we are on track with information your company desires.
